Rebirth

Symbol of rebirth, transformation, joy, and color. Their flight appears as dancing, and a reminder not to take things so seriously. They have a sense of lightness and joy. Butterflies are reminders to get up and move, for if you can move you can dance. And dance brings joy.

Salmon

The Salmon as a symbol of wisdom figures in both Celtic sagas and Saint's lives. Among the stories of St. Brendan, we find the saint discovering salmon in the Land of Promise.
